すでに多くの国では新型コロナウイルスによる感染防止のため、感染が多く認められる国からの入国拒否・渡航自粛を行なっており、日本では約1月遅れて、ようやく実施されましたね。

そんな中、すでに100ヵ国以上から入国制限されている韓国が、ようやく制限した日本のみに“対抗措置”として入国制限しましたね。

『日本が感染国というイメージになっているが、これはマスコミの責任が大きい。というのは、多くの国内メディアでは、クルーズ船「ダイヤモンド・プリンセス」の感染者約７００人を含めて、日本の感染者数として報じている。そうした国内報道がそのまま海外で報道されるので、日本は感染国とされてしまうのだ。

　各国の感染者数は、５日現在で、中国本土８万２７２人▽韓国５６２１人▽イタリア３０８９人▽イラン２９２２人▽その他（クルーズ船）７０６人▽日本３３１人▽フランス２８５人▽ドイツ２６２人▽スペイン２２２人▽米国１５３人▽シンガポール１１０人▽香港１０５人などだ。

　これらを人口１０万人あたりでみると、韓国１１・０人▽中国本土５・６人▽イタリア５・１人▽イラン３・６人▽シンガポール１・９人▽香港１・４人▽スペイン０・５人▽フランス０・４人▽ドイツ０・３人▽日本０・３人▽米国０・１人だ。

　どちらのデータを見ても、日本が感染国とはいえないだろう。乱暴だが、あえてクルーズ船の感染者数を日本に含めたとしても０・８人であり、感染国とはいえないという結論に変わりはない。はっきりいえば、政府が手をこまねいているうちに、マスコミ報道で日本の悪いイメージができあがりつつあるだけなのだ。

　日本が打ち出した入国制限措置に対して、韓国は即時撤回を求め、対抗措置を実施した。しかし、前述したように韓国の感染率は世界一なので、隣国の日本としては警戒せざるを得ない。対抗措置というのは、日本の感染率の低さを無視した議論だ。こうしたときにはどの国であっても科学的データに基づいた冷静な判断が求められる。』

これまでブログにも載せさせていただきましたが、上記を鑑みても、韓国が日本に対して科学的・事実に基づいた言動を発信していないのは明らかです。

世界中の方々、もちろん、個人ではまともな方もいらっしゃるでしょうが、韓国人が日本の言動を発する際は、その信憑性に疑問を抱いていただきたいです。
