不法に占領されている日本 北方領土扁 Japan occupied illegally hen of Northern Territories
あらためまして、ただいま不法に侵略され、日本人の財産が奪われている日本は、1つが韓国による竹島、もう１つがロシアによる北方領土です。
竹島については、先のブログで詳しく提示しましたので割愛しますが、本日は北方領土について提示致します。
１９４５年８月９日、ソ連はお互いに戦争を仕掛けないことを約束した日ソ中立条約を一方的に破棄し、日本領であった南樺太に攻撃を開始、ソ連軍による攻撃は日本政府が「ポツダム宣言」受諾を公表した８月１５日以降も続きました。
一般市民も対象にした無差別攻撃を繰り返すソ連軍に対して日本軍も果敢に応戦し、８月２２日にようやくソ連との間で停戦協定が結ばれましたが、その後もソ連軍は侵攻を続け、同月２５日までにソ連軍によって南樺太全土が占領されました。その間に約１０万人の一般市民がソ連軍の無差別攻撃の犠牲になったと言われているそうです。https://www.zakzak.co.jp/smp/soc/news/190521/soc1905210006-s1.html
ソ連軍が千島列島の占守島（しむしゅとう）に攻撃を開始したのは、日本が降伏を宣言した３日後の８月１８日。占守島でも日本軍は果敢に抵抗し、一時はソ連軍を撃退したが、改めて戦闘停止命令を受け、結果的に千島列島、そして北方領土も占領されてしまったそうです。地元にあった電話交換手の女性たちのお話は有名ですね。
ソ連が崩壊した今も、ロシアによって占拠されています。
さらに、南樺太・千島列島にいた日本軍将兵はその後、中国大陸にいた日本軍将兵とともに厳寒のシベリアなどへ連行され、苦役を強いられました。私の大叔父も最後の舞鶴入港まで捕らえられておりました。
シベリアなどに強制連行された日本軍将兵の総数は諸説あるそうですが、厚生労働省によると約５７万５０００人で、内約５万５０００人が死亡したと言われているそうです。
韓国による"慰安婦問題"を他山の石として、世界中にこの不条理を共有し、私は外交官ではないのでただいまのところ力にはなりませんが、外交の方には、辛抱強く返還を迫っていただきたくお願い致します。もしくは、国際裁判にかけ、返してもらうことが筋でしょう。
